Job Title: QA/QC Coating and Painting Inspector
Client: L&T Project
Location : All over India
Project Duration: Long-term Project
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and quality control of all coating and painting activities on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee and verify surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes.
- Monitor and report on the quality of work, identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform piping and fabrication inspections as required.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Qualifications And Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC, with a focus on coating and painting in the construction industry.
- Strong experience with piping and fabrication work.
- BGAS and NACE certifications are mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to coating and painting in construction projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
