Pega QA

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using PEGA's built-in testing features

Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and test scripts

Perform manual testing of PEGA applications to identify defects and provide detailed bug reports

Design, develop, and execute automated tests using WebDriverIO, BDD Cucumber, and JavaScript

Participate in Agile development cycles, providing regular updates on testing progress and results

Develop and maintain test environments, including setup and configuration of testing infrastructure

Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, and optimize test execution performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience and 5+ working as a QA
• Strong knowledge of PEGA, including PEGA 7.x and later versions
• Experience with WebDriverIO, BDD Cucumber, and JavaScript
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including test automation, test data management, and test environment setup
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with version control systems such as Git

Nice to Have:

• Certification in PEGA, ISTQB, or other relevant certifications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and tools
• Experience with other programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
