Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry,
- 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, including WHO-GMP.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of relevant software for quality documentation and data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is desirable.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production to identify any deviations or non-conformities.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and testing records.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and the implementation of effective corrective actions.
