Role & Responsibilities
- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews.
- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Preparing and completing action plans.
- Ensure that all Qa & Qc activities (C.O.A, Batch release, Incoming & Online)
- Determining system improvements.
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses.
- Identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints, collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods
- Maintain all ISO related documents and sop's.
- Implementing Sop's as per company standard.
- Implementing quality trainings .

Qualification / Experience
- MBA with 4 to 5 year of experience.
- B.Tech / Diploma with 4 years of experience.
