As the QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, develop test plans, and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead the overall QA strategy and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the organization
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Establish and maintain QA processes, including defect management, test automation, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure accurate test coverage
- Conduct thorough and systematic testing to identify and address any quality issues promptly
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and test execution progress
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure the development of their skills and ensure excellent performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
