Minimum requirement:
The ideal candidate must have 6 years experience in Software Testing
Experience in manual testing.
A solid understanding of all aspects of the SDLC and STLC
Thorough understanding of various Testing Concepts and Testing Life Cycle
Review and analyse system specifications
Experience in performing functional testing and regression testing.
Good skills in writing test plans and cases
Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues.
Reasonably good communication skills.
Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Should work in a team and deliver results.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (plus):
Experience in the Range of testing covered includes standard regression testing (automated), Load Testing (automated) will be a plus.
Good understanding of databases like SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
Experienced with QA tools for planning
Analyse the impact of requirement changes on testing.
Mentor junior testing engineers/team members technically to meet the schedule and ensure the completeness of testing.
