QA Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high quality of software products
• Develop and implement test plans and test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products
• Identify and report defects and work with development team to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain test documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and processes

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in QA role
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
