Desired Candidate Profile :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that all products meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the job market and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) background. You should be familiar with software testing methodologies and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Ensure that all products meet the required standards
- Coordinate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team
- Maintain documentation of all QA processes and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the job market as a QA Analyst or similar role
- Experience with software testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
