Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing process and ensuring the quality of our products.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Lead the testing process and ensure the quality of our products
- Identify and report bugs and issues to the development team
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and accurate releases
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new features
- Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and procedures
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in QA testing
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
