Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a highly motivated QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are of the highest quality, meeting both internal and external standards and requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the quality assurance process, including developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify and report defects, bugs, and other issues in software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure that products meet quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to junior QA team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Appium
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
