Desired Candidate Profile :

QA Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements
• Lead a team of QA Analysts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development team to ensure proper resolution
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Report defects and track their status using defect tracking tools
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail
• Experience leading a team of QA Analysts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
