Desired Candidate Profile :
QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing software applications
- Lead a team of QA analysts to ensure quality deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work with development team to resolve them
- Create and maintain test data sets and test environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Provide timely and accurate status updates to management
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or similar
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
