Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Null. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech/B.E) and have worked as a QA Analyst at Zvise or a similar organization.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Track and report on test results and defects
- Ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech/B.E)
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst at a software development company
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
