Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) background and experience as a QA Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring all software products meet quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the QA team and provide guidance to team members
- Develop and implement QA processes and procedures
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify and report defects and issues
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues
- Manage and maintain testing environments
- Train and mentor team members
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
