Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report bugs and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software products
- Continuously improve and streamline the QA process
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
