QA Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the QA team and ensure quality delivery of software products
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects to the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery
• Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, including mentoring and training
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and updates
• Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with industry best practices and standards

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of QA analysts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
