QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing software products
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts
- Ensure that software products meet or exceed quality standards and customer requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in QA testing
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
