Desired Candidate Profile :
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) background and previous experience as a QA Analyst at Zvise. The candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to lead a team of QA analysts.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure that software meets business and technical requirements
- Lead a team of QA analysts to ensure that software is tested thoroughly and meets quality standards
- Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using bug tracking tools
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve software defects
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to lead a team of QA analysts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
