QA Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of QA Analysts
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases
• Identify and report defects and track them to resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Provide technical guidance to team members on testing best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to software testing

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
