QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications
- Lead and manage a team of QA analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
- Identify and report defects and track them to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely release of software
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Experience with testing methodologies and software testing tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium is a plus
