Desired Candidate Profile :
We are currently seeking a QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) background and experience as a QA Analyst.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest quality software is released to production
- Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Continuously improve the QA process and implement best practices
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst, with experience in both manual and automated testing
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
