Desired Candidate Profile :
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Null. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) background and previous experience as a QA Analyst at Zvise. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and leading a team of QA analysts to achieve this goal.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products
- Lead a team of QA analysts and provide guidance and mentorship
- Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met
- Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies
Skills:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
