QA Lead Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure successful delivery of software products
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks
• Collaborate with development team to ensure quality of software products
• Manage the defect tracking process and ensure timely resolution of defects
• Provide regular status reports to management on testing progress and issues

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a QA Lead or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
