QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading the QA team in testing software applications and ensuring they meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing and report on test results
- Identify and report defects and work with developers to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in QA testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
