Desired Candidate Profile :
We are currently seeking a talented QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies, as well as experience in leading a team of QA professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks
- Lead a team of QA professionals to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of testing services
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure appropriate test coverage
- Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders
- Identify and report software defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and processes
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA leadership role
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium and Appium
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java and Python
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) degree in Computer Science or related field
