We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through various testing methods and leading a team of QA testers. The candidate should have strong knowledge of automated testing tools, scripting languages, and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of QA testers.
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute automated and manual tests to identify defects and issues.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA Lead role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
