We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of null to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the QA team and ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the quality of our software products
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases
- Perform manual and automated testing of software products
- Identify, track, and report on defects and issues
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that software products meet the requirements and are of high quality
- Continuously improve the QA process and tools
Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of null as a QA Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
