We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of null to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, experience with automation testing tools, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of QA analysts.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts
- Create and maintain test automation frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify, report, and track defects to resolution
- Provide feedback to development teams to improve software quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python or JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
