Desired Candidate Profile :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through the development and execution of test plans, as well as managing and mentoring junior QA team members.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Manage and mentor junior QA team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA Lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
