Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of null. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards. The candidate should have a strong technical background in automation testing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the QA team and ensure that all software products meet the highest quality standards
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software products
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects
- Conduct regression testing and ensure that all defects are properly documented and tracked
- Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and defects to management
- Train and mentor junior QA team members
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in automation testing
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading a QA team is a plus
