Desired Candidate Profile :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and leading a team of QA engineers to achieve this goal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the QA team in testing software products and ensuring high quality standards are met
- Develop and implement test plans and strategies
- Identify and track defects in the software products and work with development team to resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
