Job Description

We are looking for a QA Lead for our KPO/ BPM operation at Kolkata centre, where approximately 1.0 million processes are done per year. The incumbment must have minimum of 5 years of experience in managing QA for KPO/ BPO/ BPM operation and must be able to:

  • Lead and train a team of QA personnels.
  • Design new QA policies and frameworks as the job demands.
  • Ensure Zero-Defect output.
  • Will keep close coordination with the production team.
