As a QA Lead - Functional, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with our organization's strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading the QA efforts, ensuring high-quality standards, and mentoring junior QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Expertise:
- Proficient in testing both Windows-based desktop applications and web portal applications
- Develop and implement robust test cases and test plans.
- Ensure accurate estimation for testing tasks and projects
- Manual Testing:
- Strong understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies
- Conduct thorough and detailed functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using relevant tools
- Performance Testing:
- Knowledgeable in performance testing techniques and methodologies.
- Conduct performance tests to ensure applications meet performance requirements
- Basic Automation Knowledge:
- Understand basic automation principles and how they can complement manual testing
