Job Description-Key Responsibilities: Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
Responding to requests from the design team and management.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Supports the product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise
throughout the inspection process.
- Job Qualifications and Skill Sets :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Working knowledge of project management software (e.g. JIRA) and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Having knowledge in load testing/performance testing.
Having work experience in Katalon/Selenium automation tool.
