Job Description

InnoWave is seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive end-to-end testing of our applications, actively participating in the creation, execution of test plans, and defect management. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional analytical skills, and extensive experience in the telecom and digital transformation sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Review test cases against requirements to ensure thorough end-to-end testing, robust application performance, and complete traceability.
  • Actively participate in the creation of test plans to ensure project deadlines are met, facilitating successful Go Live events.
  • Monitor the test team's adherence to the agreed schedule, escalating and addressing blockers in a timely manner.
  • Generate JIRA reports, escalate defects to the delivery team, and coordinate with partners for resolutions.
  • Participate actively in defect triage calls to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members as needed to ensure smooth testing operations.
  • Support the team in closing defects and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Qualifications


  • Degree in an IT-specific domain.
  • Engineering background is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of work experience with knowledge and experience in Telecom, ICT, B2C, and B2B sectors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation, including business and technology transformation from legacy systems to new era/digital platforms.
  • Experience in agile design and delivery, CI/CD environments, and designing large-scale high-performance distributed web applications.
  • Proven management skills, with experience leading teams of 15+ members.
  • Comprehensive expertise across the Telco-IT full stack landscape (Digital, BSS, OSS, ESS).
  • Experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including self-service, self-care, and e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership traits with the ability to negotiate and influence business alignment with IT technology strategy.
  • Solid business acumen and structured analytical thinking.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
