Job description:

1. Change control, deviation and CAPA review & approval

2. Responsible for follow ups and closure of change controls, deviations and out of specifications.

3. Authorized to log change controls, deviation, OOT and market complaints

4. Process Validation & APQR review & approval

5. Review and approval of SOP, STP, Protocols & validation Report.

6. Responsible for release of finished product to the market.

7. Preparation of monthly validation plans and implementing without any deviation & assigning of ID numbers.

8. Execution of qualification of (IQ, OQ,PQ) of equipment

9. To review & revise policy documents such as SMF, VMP, HVAC, QM & water manual as per current regulations and guidelines

10. Responsible for IPQA activities with respect to fill & finish activities, review executed batch records and associated document.

11. Approval, issuance & retrieval of control documents

12. Preparation & review of master formula record, batch manufacturing record.
