Job Description
- Minimum 2+ years of strong manual QA experience in testing and QA Process: Test case design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications using black box testing techniques. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create functional specifications for testing purposes. 3. Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman 4. Strong analytical skills and an attitude of being a problem-solver
- Strong experience performing different functional testing techniques (Black Box, Exploratory, Adhoc, Monkey, etc,.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork skills
- Clear understanding of Defect life cycle, Defect templates, and Reporting defects
- Good knowledge of test case templates, writing test cases
- Strong experience in deriving test scenarios of complex applications
- Strong experience in analyzing Requirements, Traceability of requirements, RCA
- Good knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes - SCRUM Team Daily Stand-ups, user-story grooming, sprint planning, retrospective, demos
- Working experience in JIRA
- Exposure to test planning and contributing to test plan creation, estimations
- Exposure to resolving environment-specific issues
- Coordinating with the BA to understand the stories
