Job Description

  1. Developing test plans: Create test plans and strategies for new products or software
  2. Setting quality standards: Ensure that defined standards and processes are met
  3. Analyzing test results: Analyze and interpret test plans and results
  4. Identifying defects: Look for potential defects in an application and fix them
  5. Communicating progress: Communicate progress to senior leadership
  6. Maintaining test data: Set up and maintain the test environment and the test data
  7. Managing defects: Manage the defect management process during the testing phase
  8. Coordinating resolution: Coordinate resolution of issues impacting the testing progress
  9. Participating in reviews: Participate in peer reviews of test plans and test cases
  10. Coordinating training: Coordinate training for new employees
  11. Project Management tool experience - Any tool
  12. Insurance Domain testing experience

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A)
