Requirements
- Proficiency in testing front-end applications
- Experience in System Integration
- Creating, planning, and writing test cases
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Testing Life Cycle
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
- Identifying, documenting, and overseeing the resolution of bugs
- Monitoring feature progress on JIRA and effectively collaborating with developers for issue resolution
- Supporting various QA activities, including the development of test approaches, test cases, and test execution as required
- Collaborating with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues
- Working independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge and Technical Skills
- Possessing 3-6 years of manual testing experience
- Holding a degree in BTech/BS/MTech/MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Having a solid grasp of QA concepts
- Proficiency in identifying test scenarios, designing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects
- Competence in conducting Functional, Regression, and Integration testing
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology
- Adept at manual testing and open to learning new technologies
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn automation and work in both manual and automated testing
- Knowledge of test automation is an added advantage
- Experience in customer interactions and the ability to work self-managed, independently, or with minimal supervision
