QA Engineer - Manual Mobile Testing/Device Testing

• Should have 3 -10 years of experience in QA
• Excellent Communication skills
• Device testing is mandatory & OTT Testing.
• Able to work independently without much supervision
• Great problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience as a QA liaison to various scrum teams
• Should be ready to work in shift timings Likely 2 to 11PM IST and to have overlap hours with onsite team on demand basis
• Experience in preparing estimation test plan test strategy and preparing test summary reports
• Should have good exp of attending defect triage meetings and conversing all open defects from QA team
• Exposure to Agile Management tools and defect management tools such as Jira HP ALM QTest
• Lead should be able to manage 10 member team across different locations
• Should have good exp in assigning tasks to team members and preparing daily status reports
• Collaborates with other QA resource to exchange ideas and findings and understand feature implementation in order to define test cases and provide details about bugs discovered during testing
• Lead should Call out risks and Challenges on time to all stakeholders
• Lead test design and execution of planned test cases ensuring all the test results are correctly updated in test execution tools
• Review requirements specifications and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
