Job Description

HIRING FOR HARMAN

Responsibilities:
  • Develop performance test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on project requirements and application architecture.
  • Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Blaze meter, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during test execution.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements.
  • Generate comprehensive test reports and performance analysis summaries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance testing aligns with project timelines and objectives.
  • Participate in performance-tuning activities to optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in performance testing.

Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Bladelet/Jmeter.
  • Strong in Any monitoring tools.
  • Strong client communication skills, able to operate on an onshore/offshore model.
