What You Will Do
- Lead the QA automation team to develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts.
- Be hands-on with multiple programming languages and automation tools to create robust automation frameworks.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, guiding best practices and technical skills.
- Conduct efficient code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement testing strategies.
- Develop and execute performance testing, stress testing, and security testing plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues.
- Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in QA automation.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience in QA automation, with a strong background in coding and software development.
- Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
- Hands-on experience with various automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Watir.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as Locust and JMeter.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good to have
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications in relevant QA or automation fields.
