Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards.
- Plan, conduct, and report internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
- Maintain non-conformance records and track the implementation of corrective actions daily.
- Manage the creation, review, and distribution of QMS documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Ensure that all documentation is up to date and reflects the latest quality standards and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff and line operators on the QMS and quality procedures.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and quality processes.
- Conduct supplier system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality performance metrics and reports.
- Update the Process FMEA and Control Plan as needed.
- Provide training to new operators and ensure the skill upgrade plan versus actual performance across the organization.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of core tolls i.e. APQP, PPAP, PPAP, MSA, SPC & AIAG VDA FMEA.
- Certified Internal Auditor of IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001:2015
