What You Will Do
As the QA Architect, you will play a crucial leadership role in designing and implementing effective quality assurance solutions to ensure the quality of our AI-based, real-time solution suite, specifically tailored for Sales and Conversational Intelligence applications. Your role will be to set and drive rigorous standards of testing and review that ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable customer journey. You will build and lead a team of QA testers, define and drive the QA process, collaborate with development and technical leaders, and establish and execute a comprehensive testing strategy.
- Drive a rigorous QA process that results in five-star customer experiences
- Design and implement solutions for testing AI-based real-time features of the application
- Fully comprehend the business usage, technical specifications, development and implementation processes regarding our products and customers
- Manage and develop a team of first-class QA Testers
- Drive increased automation testing across smoke, regression, and end-to-end scenarios
- Collaborate with Product Management team regarding requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
- Create repeatable, structured, and comprehensive test plans
- Constantly track, measure, and show actions to improve QA performance
- Investigate and provide solutions to quality issues during development and implementation processes
- Stay up-to-date and apply the emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in quality assurance in Saas environments
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English
- 10+ years experience as a Quality Analyst or QA Architect, with strong experience in testing AI based applications, preferably in the Sales and Conversational Intelligence domains
- Capabilities leveraging AI toward increased efficiency and effectiveness within QA
- 4+ years experience managing QA teams within Applications development & Implementations environments
- 5+ years experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes
- 5+ years of proven experience utilizing QA automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium
- Strong knowledge and capabilities using JavaScript and Python
- Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
- Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques
- Experienced in performance and/or security testing
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, along with a solid understanding of the deployment process on AWS.
- Knowledge of integrating and testing AI/ML models within automated workflows
- Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively
- Familiarity with tools such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS Lambda etc
- Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr
- Experience in testing real-time collaboration tools is preferred
