The Oracle Platinum Engineering and Delivery team is part of the Database group in Oracle. The team delivers innovative and secure software solutions that significantly enhance Oracle Platinum Services and also services from Oracle Support and Customer Success Services (CSS), formerly Advanced Customer Services (ACS). These engineering solutions include the Oracle Advanced Support Platform (OASP) and the Oracle Advanced Support Gateway (OASG) used in the delivery of services such as Platinum, Support Patching, Patch Assessment, Maximum Availability Architecture Reporting, Cloud at Customer and Oracle Advanced Management for Hybrid Cloud. The key goal of the team is to develop systems and tools to enable service delivery organizations to become more efficient and provide a higher quality of service through reduced human error, automation and improved customer experience.
