What You Will Do
The position is responsible for:
Responsible to support Mulund IM plant Q&C Laboratory Operations, work effectively for GLP/GMP compliance in laboratory. Responsible for execution to provide timely disposition of the material/product & support the projects (NPIs & other Regional /Global initiatives). Responsible to ensure compliance in lab in accordance with JNTL Consumer Health (India) Pvt. Ltd. Policies & applicable Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure compliance of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) & Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in the Quality Control Laboratory.
To co-ordinate Testing of sample through Public Testing Laboratory (PTL).
Maintain lab compliance as per Data Integrity, Computer System Validation (CSV) and GDP.
Procurement of lab supplies, inventory and services form approved vendors.
Responsible to execute the work done on regional, global and enterprise initiatives in Laboratory and Ensure Standard and Global Procedures are implemented.
Responsible to maintain the laboratory all time ready as a part of Audit Readiness Activities programs for Internal and External Audit Readiness Strategy and implementation of Action Plan for lab.
To execute and ensure operation, upkeep, qualification, calibration & maintenance of microbiological and analytical instruments.
Lab upkeep and compliance as per GLP/Quality Audits of lab.
Ensure safe working practices are followed in lab as per EHS guideline.
Microbiological sampling, testing and review for all intermediates & finished goods of Engineered product category.
Responsible for performing, supervision of testing & providing disposition on all materials and finished goods of Engineered product category.
Execute and review all routine activities in microbiology lab such as, Media Preparation, Environmental Monitoring, Water System Monitoring, Routine monitoring of Equipment and Instruments in microbiology lab, Utility samples collection and analysis and routine culture maintenance activity.
Support to Validation/Qualification and periodic monitoring of Direct Impact Systems e.g., HVAC System (Environment monitoring), Purified Water System, and Autoclave etc. and their trending & record maintenance.
Train housekeeping personnel on cleaning procedure in Micro and Analytical lab.
Coordinate with Bio-medical waste vendor for destruction of Bio-medical waste.
Ensure timely closure of Quality control related investigations, CAPA, change controls OOS/OOT and market complaints.
Review & Revision of applicable SOPs, RM, FP, and PM specifications of Engineered products.
Regulatory:
Successful inspections by Indian Standards, ISO etc.
Compliance w.r.t GMP, Internal Audits, GRC and any other External Audits.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Technical Qualification: Postgraduate in Science (microbiology preferred)
Testing in Chemical and Micro laboratory
Good Oral & written communication skills
Interest in skill development in Quality Assurance of manufacturing plant
Experience: 1-3 years
