We are hiring a Python Lead someone who possesses engineering leadership skills.
Requirements-
- A spark to work in a fast-growing startup with a can-do attitude.
- Handson experience in development on linux/unix/windows (linux expertise is preferred)
- Excellent programming skills in python
- Efficient in data structure, algorithms, and debugging/troubleshooting
- Ability to write scalable, efficient code
- Proven work experience as a team leader
- Experience in API development with any web framework in python
- Understanding the threading limitations, thread synchronization (locking), multi-threaded architecture in python
- Ability to learn quickly and apply
- Must have strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex items
- Knowledge of NoSQL Database is an added advantage
- Clear written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Experience in docker is desired.
- You are able to run a small team, to take ownership, and drive projects to success.
