Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with a strong work ethic and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate should be familiar with OOPs style programming and have hands-on experience with Python web development frameworks, particularly FastAPI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services, ensuring efficient code development, and contributing to rapid prototyping efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Utilize rapid prototyping frameworks such as Streamlit to create proof-of-concept applications.
- Work with vector databases to manage and query large datasets.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods to enhance data retrieval and processing capabilities.
- Integrate and work with OpenAI APIs to leverage advanced AI functionalities.
- Ensure efficient development and testing of code in a startup environment.
- Apply knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning processes to enhance product offerings.
- Deploy applications using AWS services such as Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, and other common AWS
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with OOPs style programming.
- Proven experience with Python web development frameworks, especially FastAPI.
- Solid background in Python backend engineering.
- Demonstrated ability in rapid prototyping using frameworks like Streamlit.
- Experience working with vector databases.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs.
- Knowledge of the general workings of large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning.
- Proficiency with AWS deployment services, including Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, and other common AWS services.

- Ability to efficiently develop and test code in a fast-paced startup environment.
