We are seeking a talented and versatile individual for the role of AR Unity Developer with proficiency in both Unity (C# framework) and Python backend development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating cutting-edge AR experiences and possess strong skills in frontend and backend development. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy immersive AR applications using Unity and Python.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy immersive AR experiences using Unity and C#, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AR applications.
- Implement backend functionality using Python to support AR applications, including user authentication, data management, and integration with external APIs.
- Optimize AR applications for performance, scalability, and user experience, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- Work closely with 3D designers to integrate 3D assets into AR environments, maintaining visual fidelity and interactivity.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of AR applications across various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AR technologies and best practices, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Unity developer with proficiency in Unity (C# framework) and AR development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language and experience with backend development.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Django or Flask is advantageous.
- Experience working with 3D modeling tools and collaborating with 3D designers to integrate assets into AR environments.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience developing AR applications for mobile platforms (iOS, Android), with a focus on optimizing performance and user experience.
- Knowledge of computer vision and image processing techniques, enhancing AR capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Previous experience with version control systems such as Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.
- Passion for gaming and/or interactive media, with a drive to innovate and push the boundaries of AR technology.
