Job Description

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python
Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Implement data storage solutions
Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs
Ensure the responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Implement security and data protection
Create scalable solutions for data storage and retrieval
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Work with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple web applications
Keep up to date with emerging technologies
Contribute to technical and design documentation
Support and mentor junior developers
Participate in Agile development processes

Required qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Python Developer or a similar role
Strong understanding of server-side templates and modern front-end frameworks
Experience with object-relational mapping (ORM) libraries
Proficiency in database architecture and SQL
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
Experience in code versioning tools such as Git
Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
